The launch of the Memories of War website was held on Saturday 9 June 2012 at the University of Greenwich. The event was attended by over 100 people. Dr June Balshaw began the event with a presentation of the website and an update on the progress of the project. Afternoon tea and dancing to wartime classics followed the presentation.
